The system is controlled by PLC program, the guide wheel is hoisted into the designated rotating fixture in the cleaning room and sent to the cleaning room by the conveying system, the door is closed, the cylinder is moved, the nozzle of the rising and shrinking ball head is sprayed up and down the inner wall of the inner cavity of the guiding wheel reciprocally, and the rotating blue frame is driven by the reducer to rotate in the cleaning room, and the fixed cleaning nozzle is used for the external cleaning of the guiding wheel in the rotating blue frame. The pneumatic ball valve is converted to the blowing state, and the rotating nozzle is used to blow water into the inner cavity of the guiding wheel.
