Vertical cleaning:

The equipment is composed of body, frame, water tank and filtration system, spray system, compressed air drying system, rotary conveying system, condensation system, automatic detection and protection system, electrical control system and so on. It is composed of stainless steel water pump, nozzle, nozzle and water tank. The cleaning room is equipped with an up-down moving scanning nozzle controlled by the cylinder to carry out all-round reciprocating scanning on the outer surface of the workpiece. The inner cavity is cleaned as a probe, and the cylinder is placed vertically. A wear-resistant nylon nozzle with ball head is installed at the front end of the probe rod. When it is extended into the cylinder, high-pressure water is sprayed to strongly clean the inner wall of the cylinder.

Horizontal cleaning:

Cleaning process: lifting feeding → external cleaning and inner cavity brush rotary brushing → rinsing inner and outer surfaces → compressed air dry inner and outer surfaces → unloading station → lifting and unloading
